“Victoriakliniken has the highest possible patient safety and meticulous safety procedures to minimize complications.”

Dr. Charles Randquist:

“When I decided to open my own clinic, it was a given for me to ensure and quality-assure an operation where our patients could feel safe and secure. I made sure that my staff had the right training and experience. Our anesthesiologists are senior consultants from the Thoracic Anesthesiology Department at Karolinska Hospital with extensive experience, Similarly, our anesthetic nurses are also highly qualified. This is to ensure optimal and safe monitoring of our patients. It was, of course, a given that we would have safe and high-quality anesthesia and monitoring equipment for the team, as well as the option for our patients to stay overnight for 1-3 nights.

Since I opened the clinic, we have maintained a high standard with established routines that we continuously quality assure to ensure patient safety, quality, and well-being.

My goal has always been to meet our patients’ needs before, during, and after the procedure itself, to create a safe and secure environment for our patients with guarantees and ongoing follow-up. I am incredibly proud that our patients’ safety during their stay with us is guaranteed and optimized by the expertise of Victoriakliniken’s staff.

Victoriakliniken has stood for safety and security for 24 years, and our goal is to always create natural and proportional results with the least risk of complications.”

Planning

A well-planned operation means that the surgeon carefully examines the patient’s physical conditions before the procedure. Finding a balance between patients’ desires and biological factors, and setting the bar at the right level, is not always easy. Therefore, it is very important that the surgeon is experienced and has operated on many different types of patients. When it comes to breast augmentation, for example, it is essential to select the right implant from among thousands of different options regarding size and shape, as well as to determine how these should be placed in the body in the best way relative to the unique patient’s conditions.

After the operation, we closely monitor our patients as we thoroughly assess, discuss, and document the results with before-and-after photos. Follow-up and documentation of the results are very important for both the patient and us to ensure, develop, and refine our surgical techniques. All our further development is based on the vast amount of data we have collected over several decades. Therefore, we monitor our breast patients for 10 years after the operation, and we include a warranty for complications, which is valid for 5 years. If, for example, a capsular contracture occurs during that period, we will re-operate on the patient at no cost.

Patients receive assistance with aftercare and clear guidelines on what to expect after their surgery. They have access to a surgeon and nurse 24/7 following their operation, providing support and monitoring of the healing process throughout the recovery period. We always call our patients before and after their surgery to check in with them and answer any questions that may arise.

We have created a safe, warm, and harmonious environment where both body and soul can be at ease without stress, with a focus on achieving safe, natural results and putting the patient at the center.

Our goal is for this environment, combined with our philosophy and the best possible personal service, to meet and hopefully exceed your expectations. Risks and complications are minimized thanks to our thorough documentation, statistics, and follow-up, as well as our plastic surgeons who publish scientific articles, chapters in textbooks, and are part of one of the leading teams in the world.

Our aim is to achieve a harmonious and proportionate beauty that meets your expectations, through high competence, modern technology, and a sense of aesthetics.

Victoriakliniken’s philosophy is safety, natural results, placing the patient at the center, and prioritizing quality over quantity. This means that you always have access to our combined expertise and experience, as our world-leading plastic surgeons work closely in teams and always consult each other to ensure optimal results and minimize complications.
