When I opened Victoriakliniken in 2000, the aim was to provide the best possible service and surgery in aesthetic plastic surgery, something that my team and I have continuously worked to improve. Over the years, I have increasingly begun to incorporate my holistic view of health and beauty, focusing on wellness, longevity, and anti-aging into my practice. <\/p>\n

I earned my medical degree from Karolinska Institute and specialized in plastic surgery at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg in 1996. For the past 20 years, I have been training plastic surgeons internationally in aesthetic plastic surgery. My team and I have operated and lectured all over the world, across all continents. I have published scientific articles, written chapters in textbooks, and developed new surgical techniques and instruments. <\/p>\n

Throughout this time, I have been interested in a holistic view of health and beauty from the inside out. Many of these ideas have been implemented in my clinics and often permeate my lectures. <\/p>\n

For more than 30 years, I have adapted my life to create the best conditions for a healthier, longer life through fasting, careful diet (Mediterranean diet), supplements, no sugar, no alcohol, no tobacco, sauna bathing, winter swimming, meditation, regular exercise, and good sleep, but above all, maintaining a close relationship with my family. I now want to share my experiences based on the research we currently know. I have dedicated 30 years to outer beauty and have now chosen to devote the next 30 years to inner health. Therefore, I have taken the next step and expanded my practice with a holistic concept under the brand name Dr. Charles. Under this brand, we will offer what I believe, based on research and science, can provide the opportunity for a longer, but above all, a healthier life and increased well-being as we live.
