Follow-up visits usually take place within a week with your plastic surgeon at the clinic. After about three weeks, we recommend undergoing 8-10 LPG Endermologie treatments.<\/p>\n

These treatments stimulate and open up the lymphatic channels, creating better healing conditions as waste products from the surgery can be transported away more efficiently. This is also generally a good treatment for the lymphatic system, especially for those prone to lymphedema. <\/p>\n

Bruising may occur but usually disappears within a couple of weeks. Massaging the skin, maintaining a good diet, staying hydrated, and avoiding nicotine products also accelerate the healing process and ensure the best possible final result. After six weeks, most of your swelling will have been absorbed. Just like with all types of surgeries, there is always a certain risk of complications. Examples of complications associated with intimate surgery include infection, bleeding, and seroma.
