Before the procedure
When you book your procedure, you’ll receive a detailed guide on how to best prepare, including diet, hydration, medications, exercise, blood tests, and an InBody body scan to assess your health metrics.

Method
The implant is inserted through a small 2.5 cm incision in the armpit, making the scar virtually invisible. This technique is based on a unique, patented, high-tech system that preserves breast tissue for a gentle and natural result.

During the Procedure
The procedure is typically performed under local anesthesia, ensuring that you remain completely pain-free. Most patients are able to leave the clinic within 90 minutes after the procedure.

After the Procedure
Following the procedure, you can expect some swelling and tenderness, which typically peaks around day two or three before gradually subsiding.
You’ll receive pain relief medication to take home, and after one week, you’ll return to us for a follow-up and check-up.
We recommend avoiding any exercise for the first three weeks, but walking is fine right away. After six weeks, you can fully resume your workouts—twice as fast as with a traditional breast augmentation.

Results
The final results will not be visible immediately. You will experience swelling during the first 72 hours, The implants won’t settle immediately, and the breasts may not appear fully rounded at first. Around six weeks post-procedure, your sutures will begin to absorb, and the implants will start to settle into place.
Between three to six months, the final shape will become more visible. After two years, once the scar tissue has softened, your breasts will have reached their final, natural appearance.

The following information, based on the FDA, should be considered before undergoing breast augmentation, reconstruction, or surgery following a previous breast surgery.

Breast augmentation with implants is not guaranteed to last a lifetime. You may require additional procedures in the future, either for implant replacement or to address potential complications.
The longer you have breast implants, the more likely it is that you may experience local complications, which could lead to cosmetic concerns over time.
The most common complication is capsular contracture. Other potential complications include rupture, rippling, asymmetry, scarring, pain, and infection at the incision site.
There are various shapes, textures, and styles of breast implants. It’s important to discuss your expectations, as well as the benefits and risks, with your surgeon to determine the best option for you.
If you choose to remove your implants without replacing them, you may experience changes in your natural breasts, such as looser skin, loss of breast tissue, or other unwanted cosmetic changes.
As long as you have breast implants, you should attend regular check-ups. If you have silicone gel-filled implants, your doctor may recommend routine ultrasounds to check for ruptures or other complications.
At our clinic, you receive 10 years of follow-up care included. After that, you have the option to extend your follow-up for an additional 5–10 years.
If you notice any unusual changes in your breasts or implants, you should contact your doctor immediately.
There is a risk of developing a type of cancer called breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) in the breast or the scar tissue (capsule) surrounding the implant. BIA-ALCL is not breast cancer.
Treatment for BIA-ALCL typically involves removal of the implant and the surrounding capsule. In some cases, patients may require chemotherapy or radiation therapy. This has not been demonstrated with smooth implants, which is what the Diamond implant shell is.
Some patients with breast implants report a range of systemic symptoms, such as chronic fatigue, brain fog, and joint or muscle pain, which may not meet the diagnostic criteria for a specific disease. These symptoms are often collectively referred to as “breast implant illness (BII).”
In some cases, patients have reported that removing their implants without replacement has helped alleviate their symptoms.
